The Australian electronic trio embarked on their largest North American tour to date in 2025. Stufish was responsible for designing multiple elements of the production, including bespoke instrument stands, a metal pod structure, overhead lighting hoods, and architecturally inspired video content.
The central concept was to create a frame of lighting pods that wrapped around the band on three sides. This configuration formed an immersive “lighting cage” that defined the performance area and enabled an infinite variety of lighting looks. The design prioritized efficiency, with the pods engineered to break down and transport easily between cities.
The instrument stands were custom-built to accommodate the band’s array of synthesizers. Constructed from translucent plexiglass in a waffle structure, each stand was edge-lit to create a glowing perimeter. Their grid-like pattern mirrored the larger lighting wall behind the band, establishing a visual motif that echoed across the set.
In contrast, the lighting hoods—suspended above the pods—were inspired by the sleek geometry of military stealth aircraft. Finished in matte black, their sharp, angular forms provided a striking counterpoint to the rectilinear, reflective silver surfaces of the lighting walls.
Video content extended the physical design into a digital dimension. It played with the geometry of the lighting pods, creating illusions of infinite repetition, distortion, and motion—further enhancing the immersive atmosphere of the show.
